Returns, Refunds and Replacement
We have a customer friendly return policy and accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery for any reason.
To Return a product you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Initiate a Return by writing to us on firstname.lastname@example.org
Step 2: Once we receive your request, a case ticket shall be generated and our executive shall review your case and shall provide you an amicable solution. You shall have two options for your Refund
- Refund to your Bank/Credit Card originally used for payment.
- Hottcafe.com Gift Voucher* for the refund amount, which can be used for any future purchase at Hottcafe.com.
The return shipping cost of Rs. 100 is to be borne by customer. No Return shipping is charged in case the customer chooses to have the refund in the form of Hottcafe.com gift voucher.
Step 3: We shall then arrange a reverse pick for you to be able return the items back to us. Please put the product in its original packaging and seal it well. Make sure you bubble wrap it so that product doesn’t get damaged during the return transit. Handover the product to our logistics partner as intimated to you through email.
Once the product has reached and it is inspected to be free from any defect, your refund shall be authorized. Following can be the tentative timelines for Refund to reflect in your Bank Account

While we shall try to accommodate all your return requests, we may not be able to accept return or replacement request under this 7 Day Return Guarantee in the following scenarios:
- Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
- Any product that has been washed
- Any product not in its original condition
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
- Any product without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
- If customer denies to accept the shipment, after the order has been shipped.
*Gift cards are valid for 6 months from date of issue and will be in the form of an exclusive single use coupon code. Customers are not eligible for any refund for an unused gift card that has expired.
Can I cancel my order in case I change my mind after ordering?
The customer can cancel the order any time before it has been shipped (typically 12-24 hours). Once you request the cancellation of your order, it will usually take 2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a full refund as per the timelines mentioned in the refund policy.
